What is the lead time for handcrafted items?
Since each piece is finished by hand to ensure unique character, our standard production time is currently 3 to 5 weeks plus transit time.
Can these mirrors be used in high-moisture areas like bathrooms?
Absolutely. We apply a protective sealant to the backing of our antiqued glass to prevent further oxidation caused by humidity and steam.
What is your return policy for fragile items?
We offer a 30-day return window for all standard-sized mirrors. Items must be returned in their original specialized packaging to ensure safe transit back to our studio.
