Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the mirror in its original custom-fit wooden crate or reinforced box to ensure the delicate glass remains protected during transit.
Scheduled Collection
For oversized antique mirrors, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove courier service to collect the item directly from your residence.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned mirror at our workshop, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
